What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own content and digital campaigns end-to-end, build strong stakeholder and B2B pipelines, and apply data-informed strategies—while using smart AI and clear SOPs to scale impactful communication.

I lead content strategy and digital communications for the Impact Interventions department, shaping integrated campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and organizational web platforms. I’m focused on outcomes—growing audiences, generating leads, and making communication workflows easier to execute through clear, repeatable processes.

In my current role, I increased Instagram audience from 3,300 to 5,000 and grew Facebook audience by 15%+ within three months through targeted content planning and engagement. I also generated 5,000+ leads with an approximate 5% conversion rate, while designing departmental SOPs to standardize content creation, social media operations, and outreach.

Before this, I served as a Marketing & Communications Manager, leading integrated B2B marketing and communications across five or more international markets and supporting organizational initiatives tied to approximately €1.53 million in annual revenue. I helped expand outreach into Middle Eastern and East Asian markets, and I planned industry conferences, partnership events, and seasonal campaigns while coordinating with sales and operations.

Earlier, as an Associate Producer & Client Servicing Lead at City Films, I managed end-to-end execution of 15+ television commercials and digital advertising productions, coordinating production budgets up to PKR 10–15 million and serving as the primary client liaison. I also bring research-informed communication skills from my Master’s work—using qualitative methods, thematic analysis, and tools like NVivo and Voyant Tools to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
