What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or local Operations, Automation, or Systems role where I can apply end-to-end systems thinking at scale.

At Faisal Silk, I've built the company's operational infrastructure from scratch, including a custom CRM, Order Management System, commission tracker, role-based apps, and more than 10 production automations.

My Airtable, Glide, n8n, and Make systems support a 20+ person team and save over 10 hours of manual work each week. I've connected customer history, sales workflows, production tracking, dispatch logic, ledgers, and commissions in one operational stack.

I also bring customer-facing context from sales and DM handling, using recurring customer questions and CRM insights to improve targeting, outreach, and WhatsApp workflows. My systems work includes AI-powered competitor intelligence, voice-to-task automation, a sales SOP chatbot, and schedule optimisation.

I'm leading a phased migration from Glide to custom React applications, including tools for production-floor workers and production managers. With a Computer Science background, I enjoy turning real operational bottlenecks into practical systems people can use every day.
