I’m an operations professional with a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Management. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across operations, billing, client management, process improvement, and technology, and I’ve gradually developed a strong interest in using technology and AI to make everyday business processes simpler and more efficient.
In my current role, I handle a wide range of operational responsibilities, including billing and account management for 100+ clients, monthly audits, client setup and deactivation, handling customer inquiries, managing orders and issues, and working with different teams to keep processes running smoothly. I’ve also worked on improving several of these processes. For example, I helped reduce billing errors by around 90%, reduced manual work by around 40% through process improvements and automation, and introduced better KPI reporting to improve visibility into operations.
What I enjoy most about operations is finding things that are taking too much time or creating unnecessary problems and figuring out a better way to do them. This is also what led me to become more interested in automation and AI.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve spent time learning and experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT and OpenAI APIs, Replit, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier, Vapi, and AI chatbot platforms. I’ve built and experimented with different AI and automation projects, mainly to understand how these technologies can be used to solve real business problems rather than just as technical exercises.
I’m particularly interested in roles that sit between business and technology. This includes Business Operations, Operations Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Implementation, Technology Operations, and AI/Automation roles. I believe my combination of hands-on operations experience, engineering background, management education, and growing experience with AI gives me a different perspective on how technology can actually be applied within a business.
I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can take on more responsibility, work with an international team, continue learning, and contribute to improving the way a business operates. I’m especially interested in companies that value people who can understand a business problem, work with different teams, and find practical ways to improve how things are done.
