I'm looking for a customer-focused sales, service, or healthcare operations role where I can use consultative communication, relationship-building, coaching, and patient assistance experience to support quality, productivity, and customer service goals.

I'm currently helping customers at Endurance Warranty identify vehicle protection needs, understand coverage options, and make informed decisions. Previously at CarShield, I guided customers through vehicle service contract options while addressing objections and maintaining accurate records.

At Express Scripts, I progressed from Patient Service Coordinator to Supervisor, managing day-to-day patient assistance programs and supporting a team of employees. I partnered with Program Managers on policies, procedures, and work plans while overseeing production and service standards.
