At Foundever Romania, I investigate customer issues by gathering information, following troubleshooting procedures, and documenting interactions and follow-up actions. I work with internal systems including Microsoft Teams, Oracle, and Amazon Connect.
I'm building an AI system in Python to help analyze cybersecurity problems, and I investigate suspicious websites using techniques from cybersecurity labs. I also build and improve my home network while studying Cisco CCNA, and develop Android and iOS applications using Kotlin and Swift.
