I’m a results-driven IT Support Specialist with 7+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues across software, hardware, and enterprise systems. My work is especially strong in Level 2 Windows support and Active Directory administration, with a proven ability to manage incidents end-to-end.
I’ve handled a high volume of technical incidents, diagnosing and escalating Level 2 support tickets to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction at every stage.
