What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote IT Support role where I can use my Level 2 Windows and Active Directory skills. I prefer written communication (email/chat/tickets), asynchronous collaboration, and no phone/voice customer calls.

I’m a results-driven IT Support Specialist with 7+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues across software, hardware, and enterprise systems. My work is especially strong in Level 2 Windows support and Active Directory administration, with a proven ability to manage incidents end-to-end.

I’ve handled a high volume of technical incidents, diagnosing and escalating Level 2 support tickets to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction at every stage. I also document incident resolutions in internal knowledge bases using Confluence and Jira, and I collaborate with development teams to identify recurring issues and improve the user experience.

Before my deeper IT focus, I led a small retention team and improved KPIs through proactive communication and problem resolution, which sharpened my coordination and ownership mindset. Earlier in my career (2018–2020), I administered Windows operating systems in Active Directory environments, performed updates, backups, and system restores, and supported end users across software and hardware issues—consistently aiming for first-contact resolution.
