At Cheil Worldwide, I independently supported 60–65 employees across Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoints, networks, and basic server operations. I owned incidents from diagnosis through resolution, escalation, and documentation.
I provisioned and supported 25+ corporate laptops, cut MDT workstation setup time from about 90 to 45 minutes, and coordinated remediation for a Sophos incident affecting roughly half the workforce. I also build practical Go, Rust, and C# utilities for monitoring, troubleshooting, and asset visibility.
