What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, technical support, or IT administration role where I can troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues, support Microsoft and Cisco environments, and improve IT processes and documentation.

At Foundever, I support internal users and keep business applications, hardware, software, and workplace systems running reliably day to day.

I investigate and prioritize incidents, perform diagnostics, document resolutions, and escalate software issues when needed. I administer Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support Windows environments, troubleshoot Cisco connectivity, and use PowerShell for IT administration.

I also improve onboarding and offboarding workflows while maintaining clear workplace IT documentation, with a practical and user-focused approach to technical support.
