I am a dedicated community and social services professional with over a decade of experience supporting people with mental health issues, addictions, and developmental disabilities. I hold a Diploma in Social Work and certifications in ASL, first aid/CPR, and medication administration.
Throughout my career I have worked in client-facing roles across community agencies and health services, delivering case management, program implementation, behaviour management and medication administration. I have experience with crisis intervention, suicide awareness, and non-violent crisis de-escalation.
