What I'm looking for

I'm seeking supervisory, managerial, or program leadership opportunities in community-based or healthcare settings where I can strengthen crisis response, case coordination, trauma-informed practice, and collaborative service delivery.

I provide crisis intervention, case management, and coordinated mental health support for people navigating complex needs. At Seneca Polytechnic, I support students facing mental health challenges, complete safety assessments, and connect them with campus, hospital, and community resources.

At Reconnect Community Health Services, I delivered mobile and on-call crisis outreach for older adults with mental health, addiction, and psychosocial needs. I coordinated care across hospitals, Ontario Health atHome, primary care, housing providers, and community agencies while developing individualized care plans and supporting crisis stabilization.

My experience also includes youth shelter support, domestic violence and addictions counselling, and child intervention. I bring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, harm-reduction, and client-centered practice to front-line service delivery, documentation, care coordination, and program collaboration.
