What I'm looking for

I seek client-centred roles in community or youth services where I can apply trauma-informed practice, develop culturally responsive programs, and advance equity-focused advocacy.

I am a bilingual (English/French) social worker with extensive front-line experience supporting youth, families, seniors and diverse communities. Over nine years in customer service and four years as a social worker have honed my advocacy, crisis intervention and case management skills.

My recent roles include Youth Justice Counsellor and psychosocial worker where I developed culturally responsive programs, conducted community outreach, and managed intervention plans while collaborating with courts, schools and partner agencies. I have experience with needs assessments, data and file management, and drafting reports for court and program stakeholders.

I bring strong communication, adaptability and teamwork to every role, plus proven ability to work under pressure, mentor colleagues, and design services attentive to anti-oppression, anti-Black racism and systemic barriers.
