What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote customer support or international service roles where I can use my multilingual communication, phone support, and POS/CRM experience to resolve issues quickly, support customers confidently, and grow in a multicultural team.

I’m a multilingual customer-focused professional based in Vienna with international experience in hospitality, customer service, and client communication. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from different cultures and learned how to stay calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments.

I speak Ukrainian, English (C1), and German (B2), and I genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences. My background includes customer support, phone communication, reservations, POS systems, and administrative assistance.
