I’m a results-driven professional with experience in Customer Support and Operations Analysis across aviation operations, international logistics, and compliance. As a primary point of contact for an aviation MRO’s Engines business unit, I ensure efficient support, request follow-up, and issue resolution between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

I coordinate aircraft component maintenance and repair processes—monitoring lead times, costs, and service status—so operations run with discipline and accountability. I also support international logistics by managing shipment tracking, route planning, document control, and communication with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs.

On the due diligence side, I’ve conducted KYC reviews, beneficial ownership (UBO) certification, sanctions screening, and reputational risk assessments, while preparing and maintaining operational and commercial documentation aligned with aviation and regulatory requirements. I’m energized by process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and improving operational performance indicators to raise customer satisfaction, backed by training in project management and Lean Six Sigma.
