What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive smooth restaurant operations, improve profit performance using P&L and budgeting, and develop teams through training—while delivering strong customer relations.

I’m an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a strong track record in running day-to-day restaurant operations at KFC. Since September 2020, I’ve led teams while keeping service consistent, compliant, and customer-focused.

My role combines administration and performance management: I manage labour scheduling, compile weekly reports, analyze profit and loss statements, and create action plans for budgets not met. I also lead stock ordering and stock control, conduct monthly and weekly stock take, and handle customer complaints to protect customer relations.

Before KFC, I progressed through restaurant leadership roles including Restaurant Manager at Cafe Boutique (May 2015–November 2015), Shop Manager at Mugg & Bean (December 2013–May 2015), and Store Manager at Kaldi’s Coffee (May 2006–November 2013). Across these roles, I strengthened fundamentals like customer relations, stock control, and cash-up processes, while mentoring teams through on-the-floor training.

I’m especially proud of building capability in others—training staff, conducting interviews with potential candidates, and participating in disciplinary hearings. I bring a hands-on, improvement-driven mindset that helps the business operate smoothly and continuously improve results.
