At Ceram Square Hmmami Sodimac, I independently designed and built MarketIntel, a platform that crawls competitors' e-commerce and social media presence and surfaces scored market signals.

I developed its distributed scraping cluster with a Redis-backed job queue, dead-letter handling, and Prometheus metrics, coordinated through n8n pipelines.

I also built MarketIntel's AI analysis layer and multilingual vector-embedding service, supporting market, SEO, social, and performance scoring.

At Optimalogistic, I designed and built a three-part fleet-management ecosystem on Dolibarr ERP/CRM: Flotte, ChatFlotte, and DoliTrack. Earlier, at Tunisie Telecom, I built a PHP/MySQL employee portal for profiles, announcements, and communication.
