I am a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with over three years of on-site experience managing homeowners associations, condominiums, multifamily properties, and property owner associations. My expertise encompasses all aspects of operations, including budgeting, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations. I pride myself on my proactive, hands-on approach, which has earned me the trust of both Boards and residents alike.

Currently, I am managing community operations at ICON Management, where I partner with Boards of Directors to implement projects, enforce compliance, and ensure quality service delivery. My role involves conducting inspections, issuing violations, processing ARC requests, and preparing budgets while reviewing financial reports. I am also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which I expect to complete in 2026, further enhancing my skills and knowledge in this field.
