At Continental Properties, I manage day-to-day operations for a residential community, including lease agreements, resident relations, vendor contracts, inspections, compliance, and budgeting. I also support occupancy through leasing efforts and help build an engaged resident community.
At RPM Living, I was promoted from Assistant Community Manager to Community Manager following Hurricane Ian. I coordinated vendors and repair timelines for ongoing hurricane-related work, managed capital improvement projects, monitored expenses, and presented operational reports to ownership.
Earlier at RPM Living, I supported the management of a 350-unit community with 97% occupancy. I handled daily operations, rent collection, move-in funds, and move-out inspections, and assisted with capital projects by sourcing bids and coordinating contractors.
My work has included lease-up strategy, resident retention, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance. I’ve also used Yardi, AppFolio, and Entrata for property management.
