What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead documentation teams and improve how complex software and hardware information is planned, delivered, and maintained at scale.

I lead Technical Documentation at Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies, planning and delivering content against fixed quarterly releases while improving documentation quality, processes, and team capability.

Previously, I documented the Earthworks Grade Control product, translating input from developers, UX designers, and subject-matter experts into functional specifications, video help, release notes, and customer-facing content. I’ve also supported Salesforce accounting-system rollout, end-user training, data-migration testing, Scrum coordination, and business-process improvement.
