I’m a Test Analyst who delivers quality assurance across enterprise applications, SAP-integrated systems, APIs, web platforms, and complex business workflows. I translate business requirements into structured test approaches, then execute functional, regression, integration, and business acceptance testing.
In recent work, I’ve validated end-to-end commerce and retail flows—from product search and pricing through promotions, checkout, order-to-cash, fulfilment, click-and-collect, returns, and payment processing. I review acceptance criteria and process flows to create test scenarios, execute cross-browser testing with BrowserStack, and support UAT with clear release validation.
I’m strong in defect management and release readiness: I identify, log, prioritize, and track issues in Jira, coordinating with developers and stakeholders to resolve blockers. I also prepare and validate test data, track risks and dependencies, and keep testing visibility high throughout Agile/Scrum delivery.
What sets me apart is my communication and documentation background. I’ve led developer portal and knowledge base initiatives, wrote structured REST API documentation using OpenAPI standards, and used tools like Docusaurus and Jira plugins—so I can align teams faster and reduce friction between requirements, testing, and delivery.
