I've led Agile delivery, release planning, and cross-functional teams at Auckland Council, One New Zealand, Tower Insurance, Fisher & Paykel, Foodstuffs, Genesis Energy, and New Zealand government agencies.

At Auckland Council, I managed end-to-end delivery across multiple squads and technical dependencies, supporting RFID, noise control, dams registration, animal management, library systems, and mobile apps for New Zealanders. I facilitated ART events, PI Planning, Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, demos, and deployment coordination.

At One New Zealand, I supported web and mobile product squads, cloud-based call routing, Atlassian migration, IVR, live chat, analytics, and a new billing-system transition from Vodafone to One NZ. I brought developers and call-centre teams together to listen to customer needs and refine business goals.

I've delivered projects across insurance, energy, retail, health, education, banking, oil and gas, and telecommunications using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods. I enjoy coaching leaders and teams, clearing impediments, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping people navigate change.
