At FleetPartnersNewZealand, I support customers, sales teams and operational functions across the vehicle leasing lifecycle, from quotes through in-life management. I work with Sales to help deliver customer-centred outcomes and support sales targets.

I also contributed practical process improvements, including a streamlined process for obtaining insurance certificates at contract activation and standardized email templates for team communications.

At CustomFleetNZ–Element, I supported Relationship and Account Managers with fleet contracts, reporting and client requests. I created a quote-request form to help Relationship Managers provide the information needed for timely quotes.
