What I'm looking for
I work as a healthcare claims processor, investigating and processing claims with standard processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. I’ve built a strong grasp of the claims system and workflow, and I focus on clear communication with team members to improve consistency and quality of review.
Before claims work, I strengthened my customer service foundation in fast-paced front-desk and hospitality roles.
