What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or operations role where I can manage client communication, resolve issues efficiently, maintain service standards, and improve service delivery through clear reporting and coordination.

I've supported service delivery at Tsebo Facilities Solutions Group since 2013, managing high-volume email communication between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

I oversee issue resolution, SLA compliance, reporting, and clear documentation that supports transparency and customer satisfaction. I also coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve and escalate queries effectively.
