I am a principal-level product leader who conceptualized and led the development of an enterprise LLM conversational AI platform, CAPTAIN, securing executive buy-in and project funding. I champion pragmatic AI solutions in the insurance and claims domain, focusing on measurable business outcomes.

I authored 100+ business and system requirements, built a prototype projecting 9,000 hours/year savings and a 4-point NPS boost, and rolled the product to 1,000+ claims employees. I design feedback-driven metrics and Golden Datasets for continuous improvement, partner with SI and technical teams on RAG, fine-tuning and integrations (Guidewire, SAP), and founded a data-driven LLM project using Monte-Carlo simulations that reduced third-party costs.
