I cut 30-day churn from 25% to under 5%, increased customer LTV 2.5x, and drove 10x growth in test-drive-first acquisition. I also shipped a RAG-powered support assistant that delivered 43% ticket deflection, raised NPS by 18 points, and lowered support costs by 64%.

Before Novo, I launched in-vehicle commerce, navigation, EV, and driver-safety products at Telenav across OEM, merchant, and payment partners. I built the first multi-modal voice and UI ordering flow, helped deliver the JD Power #1 navigation product for more than one million GM vehicles, and mentored PMs across the EU and China.

My foundation is in engineering and 0-to-1 product building at Google, Motorola, and CA Technologies. I've contributed 16 granted US patents and bring hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, ML productization, data analytics, and cross-functional product leadership.
