What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success or customer operations role where I can improve onboarding, resolve platform issues, document scalable processes, and coordinate across teams for German-speaking customers.

I've supported German- and English-speaking customers across digital education, online services, and international projects for more than five years. At MP Coaching & Consulting, I support account, access, course, and digital-content issues while creating German onboarding and help materials.

I helped migrate approximately 3,490 customers from Kajabi to Heartbeat through segmentation, access provisioning, user communication, and post-migration troubleshooting. I investigate platform and video-playback issues, document reproducible cases, provide workarounds, and coordinate with external platform teams.

My background also includes coordinating youth programmes across 18 regions at Wiedergeburt, optimising customer-contact processes for Dr. Astrid Reitz Online Gesundheitskonzepte, and managing tutor operations, sales outreach, and customer support in EdTech. I bring bilingual German communication, structured documentation, CRM hygiene, and practical cross-functional coordination.
