What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in customer support or operations where I can use my English–Russian skills, written communication, and organizational experience.

I supported six English learners through individual instruction, adapting explanations and exercises to their needs. I also prepared lesson materials and tracked learning needs.

At Astana IT University, I coordinated student events and activities, including communication, scheduling, and participation follow-up. I supported attendance initiatives and helped new students navigate university processes.

I hold an honors diploma in English translation and am studying cybersecurity at Astana IT University. I bring English–Russian fluency and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SQL, and Linux to customer support and operations work.
