I want to own support and operations for live, high-volume products—streamlining workflows, improving quality with QA and AI, and using KPI tracking to grow retention and learner experience in a fast-paced team.

I’m an operations-focused professional with 2 years of experience in high-volume, live-content environments. I streamline support workflows, protect content accuracy, and manage time-sensitive client communication with a strong focus on repeatable results.

In support and advisory roles, I orchestrated programs for 70+ concurrent users and standardized internal templates to reduce manual rework and improve workflow efficiency. I consistently met 5–15 minute response SLAs across individual and group channels while providing structured support for 200+ learners.
