What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Administrative Support.

As a Private English Tutor, I delivered 1,500+ one-hour online lessons and built an independent practice serving 15+ students aged 5–15.

I managed scheduling, lesson planning, client communication, and progress tracking, using Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to deliver online lessons. Positive word-of-mouth referrals helped expand my client base, and several students continued lessons for more than two years.

At Cultural Care Au Pair, I cared independently for two children in a multilingual family. I communicated daily with their parents in English, French, and Russian about routines and childcare.

I have a linguistics degree and am expanding my expertise in Zendesk, CRM systems, and SaaS Customer Support. I'm open to remote opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Administrative Support.
