What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product innovation and AI evaluation where I can turn tested ideas into reliable, commercially valuable products and shape investment, product direction and organisational adoption.

At AUTODOC, I founded the Product Innovation & AI function and took AI Mechanic from a hackathon prototype to a subscription launch across 23 European countries. I lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery for customer products and operational automation.

I evaluate AI outputs with synthetic datasets, professional mechanics and live tool-call traces, and change direction when evidence shows an approach is unreliable. I also led document workflows across approximately 700,000 records and AI adoption across a 6,000-person organisation.

I've owned product strategy, pricing, go-to-market and P&L for B2B SaaS, built healthcare and consumer products as a co-founder, and taught innovation. My engineering background and PhD help me test assumptions, explain technical limitations and turn ideas into useful products.
