What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and deploy AI-native, conversational, and agentic products where I can combine hands-on prototyping, evaluation-driven development, user research, and product leadership to automate high-value customer journeys.

I've shipped digital products at Shazam, Tesco, Premier Inn, Prezi, 118118 Money, and Faxi, spanning Android, iOS, web platforms, self-service journeys, and AI-native products.

At Shazam, I grew Android from a weekend prototype to more than 60 million users worldwide and 14 million daily active users. At Tesco, I launched the award-winning hudl2, increased customer basket spend by 19% through the My Tesco app, and expanded Tesco Direct Marketplace from 40,000 to more than 100,000 products.

I've led product operating-model change, research-led optimisation, and cross-functional delivery across international teams. At Faxi, I helped migrate the platform into Kinto Join with zero service disruption and grew daily active users beyond 5,000 across 100+ businesses.

Since 2024, I've been building production-grade conversational and agentic AI products, including Solaise.ai, a multi-agent orchestration harness, and a health companion for people managing Type 2 diabetes. I combine hands-on AI prototyping, evaluation-driven development, and user-centred product discovery to turn complex journeys into useful self-service experiences.
