What I'm looking for

I seek roles using behavioral science and analytics to design programs, lead teams, and drive measurable organizational improvements in collaborative, mission-driven environments.

I am a behavioral science–driven strategist with 9+ years translating human behavior insights into measurable organizational improvements. I combine applied psychology, behavioral anthropology, and data analysis to design programs that improve engagement, efficiency, and outcomes.

My experience spans public and private sectors where I led cross-functional teams, directed multi-agency collaborations, and presented data-driven recommendations to leadership and judicial panels. I build measurement frameworks that link behavioral data to performance indicators.

I have hands-on skills in behavioral research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, SPSS, and Excel analytics, and I use these tools to streamline reporting, inform policy, and enhance service delivery. I also design coaching frameworks grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based principles.

Currently completing a Master of Arts in Counseling, I continue to expand my expertise in cognition, motivation, and group dynamics to strengthen leadership development and program evaluation at the enterprise level.
