What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in research and evaluation or academic settings to lead teams, design rigorous mixed-methods studies, mentor doctoral students, and develop programs that improve outcomes and institutional research capacity.

I am a Ph.D.-level scientist-practitioner with more than 20 years' experience designing and evaluating educational and clinical programs using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches. I lead teams to produce rigorous research, program evaluations, and interpretive reports that inform practice and policy.

I am proficient in SPSS, R, Python, Atlas.ti, and NVivo and experienced in psychometrics, survey development, IRB submissions, and statistical analysis. I have authored grant proposals, managed collaborative NSF responses, overseen project budgets and scopes of work, and mentored research staff and doctoral students.

I develop curriculum and instructional materials, chair dissertation committees, and create SOPs, dashboards, and job aids to support onboarding and quality improvement. I am committed to translating research into actionable program improvements across education and health sectors.
