What I'm looking for
I am an adaptable and solutions-focused Behavior Specialist with extensive experience in analyzing complex challenges and training diverse populations. After spending 17 years living and working in six different countries, I have returned to the U.S. with a wealth of knowledge and a proven ability to assess needs, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully across various roles.
As the founder of Embrace Behavior Change, I collaborate with parents and educators worldwide to foster positive relationships and implement effective strategies that support students’ educational, behavioral, and aspirational success. My work includes conducting chronic absenteeism workshops and advocating for programs that support culturally diverse, neurodivergent, and underrepresented students, ensuring their social-emotional growth.
