At TaskUs in Cali, I designed and developed dashboards in Looker Studio adopted by leaders and managers for daily KPI monitoring. I structured and integrated operational data sources in Google Sheets to improve information flow and enable efficient data entry by operational leadership.

I also supported operational efficiency through Workforce Management (WFM) intervals and temporarily acted as Point of Contact (POC), providing technical and administrative assistance and leading feedback sessions for staff improvement. Alongside that, I resolved client queries for a financial campaign via chat, voice, and email in English while maintaining high communication standards.

Previously, as a University Intern at Sucroal S.A., I automated data acquisition from industrial SCADA systems using VBA macros in Excel, eliminating about 50 minutes of daily manual work. I led cleaning, structuring, and modeling of operational datasets, built Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring and deviation detection, and created technical user manuals with training to ensure adoption.
