I’m a Project, People, and Operations Manager with 9+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across LATAM and global markets. I design and implement processes, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end Sponsorships requests, POs, Memberships, and Transparency reports—ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. I also oversee sponsorships and special projects, coordinating patient advocacy and related initiatives to drive measurable impact within governance frameworks.

Previously, as Chief of Staff, I partnered with the CEO to align business strategy and execution priorities across People, Operations, and Commercial. I owned operational timelines, budgets, deliverables, and leadership workshops—while leading the HR department and strengthening strategies and processes. Before that, I built HR & Operations from 0 to scale (15 → 300+ employees), implementing project management frameworks, procurement and compliance documentation, and KPI reporting to support expansion.

I’ve also led organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, DEI programs, and leadership pipelines, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in operations, BI reporting, cost optimization, and audit support—backed by my Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
