What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can support high-level professionals with confidential executive administration, accurate documentation, and reliable client communication—working in a deadline-driven environment that values discretion and strong organization.

I’m a highly organized and reliable Executive / Virtual Assistant with experience supporting legal, academic, and psychosocial environments. I bring a strong track record in executive support, document drafting and editing, client communication, and handling confidential records with total discretion.

Since January 2025, I’ve served as an Executive Legal Assistant / Declaration Editor supporting humanitarian and family-based immigration cases (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum, AOS). I draft, edit, and organize client declarations and affidavits, review supporting documents and USCIS forms for accuracy and consistency, and implement revisions based on attorney and Case Reviewer feedback while maintaining well-structured digital records.

Previously, I supported multidisciplinary teams in remote and hybrid settings by coordinating documentation, follow-ups, and internal communication. I also worked as an Administrative & Psychosocial Support Assistant at a bilingual school and as a University Teaching Assistant in an administrative support role, strengthening my ability to manage complex information, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
