I'm looking for a project or operations role where I can build systems, improve workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, solve operational problems, and help organizations run more effectively.

At Café Guacamayo, I manage day-to-day operations for a specialty coffee business supplying retail locations across Colombia. I built digital systems to replace manual recordkeeping and improve visibility into financial performance, inventory, production, and operations.

I coordinate production schedules, weekly deliveries, procurement, inventory, and national and international shipping while managing relationships with suppliers, processors, retail partners, and customers. I also oversee approximately COP 30 million in annual sales and operational expenses.

At Finca El Guacamayo, I transformed an informal family operation into a more structured business by introducing production calendars, reporting systems, budgets, procurement processes, and workforce coordination. I also led operational changes related to sustainable farming practices and coordinated their adoption across the team.

My technical background includes backend development work using Ruby, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Git, and GitHub in an Agile environment, and I hold the Google Project Management Certificate.

I’m now looking to bring my experience in operations, project coordination, process improvement, logistics, and stakeholder management to a remote team where I can build systems, solve operational problems, and help projects run effectively.
