At Keep, a fintech building financial tools for SMBs, I own full-cycle recruiting and people operations for a remote team across Canada and LATAM. I partner with hiring managers and C-level executives to hire across engineering, operations, and support.

I've built recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including interview scripts, AI review criteria, leadership hiring processes, offer-letter templates, and a Notion Talent Hub for distributed teams. I also integrated AI-driven interview and screening tools into the ATS to speed evaluation while maintaining consistency.

My experience spans Keep, Apollo.io, peoplepath.io, Chamba Inc., and Oiga Technologies, where I've coordinated high-volume interviews, sourced and screened candidates, managed ATS pipelines, and supported candidate experiences.
