I’m a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist with 7+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting across healthcare, IT, finance, BPOs, real estate, and marketing. I build scalable recruitment operations end-to-end—setting up SOPs and hiring strategies, implementing and optimizing ATS workflows, and using AI-assisted sourcing tools to reach passive talent.
