At Convene – County Hall, London, I lead a flagship conference and events venue, with responsibility for commercial performance, operations, client experience and people leadership. I delivered 135% of budget in Q1, and June became the venue’s first £2m-plus month, with client NPS of 91 against a target of 89.
At Meeting Solutions in Playa del Carmen, I held executive responsibility for business strategy, operations and commercial performance. I directed the recovery of domestic and international business and oversaw corporate and trade-show programmes for 10,000+ attendees.
Earlier, at Strong Institute in Hangzhou, I organised international education trade shows and exhibitions across China, including events with 22,000+ participants. My experience spans luxury hospitality, MICE, international sales and destination partnerships across the UK, Mexico and China; I’m fluent in English and Spanish.
