I've led commercial strategy at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, delivering the hotel’s highest ADR above £420 and 58.4% GOP while driving 13% revenue growth through targeted training and commercial initiatives.
I build luxury-market relationships, develop new business, and create partnerships that strengthen market positioning. During the launch of The Great Northern Hotel, I secured more than £1.2M through new and existing client relationships.
Beyond hospitality, I led PaddingtonNow BID initiatives across destination marketing, sustainability, air quality, recycling, events, and business-community engagement. My projects generated annual recycling savings of £3K–£9K per business, saved participating businesses £60K through an air-quality pilot, and contributed to London in Bloom Gold recognition.
