What I'm looking for

I'm focused on delivering my project management expertise to distributed teams worldwide.

At Dúlamán Studios, I oversee animation production pipelines and budgets from concept through delivery. I coordinate a distributed team of 30 artists and technical staff across four time zones, delivering client milestones without budget overruns or schedule delays.

I also conducted due diligence on potential production partners, identifying critical credibility risks before contract signing.

At Ghinzelli Srl (Pini Group), I managed end-to-end export operations across EU and international markets and led cross-functional projects. I implemented process improvements that reduced export lead times by 20% and created reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems.

My work at Ghinzelli Srl (Pini Group) also included managing budgets exceeding €5M annually across concurrent projects. I bring project management experience across manufacturing and creative industries, supported by PMP, PRINCE2, and Professional Scrum Master I certifications.
