At Ragnarok Games, I worked as an Associate Producer, coordinating international cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid workflows. I managed roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog priorities, and release milestones in ClickUp.
Before that, I was Lead Game Designer at Ragnarok Games, where I managed a design team of four, set QA and documentation standards, and delivered gameplay systems and balancing aligned with project goals and player feedback. As a Junior Game Designer there, I designed mechanics and levels for a competitive multiplayer title.
