I’m a proven salesman with solid experience in territory sales, managerial duties, and office and field administration, backed by strong knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods landscape. I’m seeking to join Nestle Nigeria Plc as Field Sales Manager to leverage my experience and skillset to deliver results and support your business objectives.

In my most recent sales role, I supervised a team of Four Van Sales Reps and Open Market Sales Reps to drive Availability, Visibility and Accessibility (AVA) of Nestle Nigeria Plc products across my territory. I drove trade visibility by achieving picture-of-success through Best Standard and Out-outlets and ensured 100% achievement of promotions and Cycle Plan Activities (CPAM). I also coached and accompanied my sales team in the field, monitored and reported market intelligence and competitor activities, and facilitated Distributor Operations Reviews (DOR) to track KPIs and solve tactical issues.

Earlier, as a Mini Van Salesman, I drove sell-out/sell-in targets and category objectives through effective outlet coverage and Cycle Plan Activities Management, while achieving 100% call rate, strike rate, and average lines per productive call. As a Sales Support Executive, I handle administrative duties for Oil & Gas/Marine key accounts, follow up on invoice submission, perform monthly branch product support debt analysis, coordinate debtor meetings, and support credit control reporting and document filing.
