I’m a B2B eCommerce Product Owner with 3+ years of experience leading digital product strategy across the EMEA region. As a sole Product Owner for Fluidra, I owned and prioritised complex eCommerce backlogs across multiple Scrum teams, translating stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while aligning everyone around a shared product vision.
