In my current role as Compliance Officer at Genesis Outsourcing Ghana Ltd, I have successfully orchestrated comprehensive compliance initiatives, managed employee databases, and coordinated interviews and performance appraisals. I have also worked with diverse teams to achieve shared goals and collaborated with overseas team members to ensure compliance with NHS UK regulations.

With a strong educational background in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, I possess excellent communication, customer relationship management, and leadership skills.
