Built Pentathlon's Web3 investment thesis through primary research with founders and SMEs, structured around first principles and benchmarked against the current funding landscape.

Core contributor to the $35M Fund III fundraising deck; conducted deal sourcing and founder diligence across 10-15 inbound deals daily under the Intelligent Enterprise and Agitated Workforce theses, synthesising investment memos for GP sync calls. Built VC and LP databases through targeted research and scraping to support deal tracking and outreach across a fund managing 41 portfolio companies.

Built business unit restructuring roadmaps and facilitated dialogue with top management at existing clients to reframe COMART as a strategic partner for digital consumer transformation. Developed a 60-slide analysis of how DTC disruptors: Glossier, Casper, Warby Parker, Bonobos were rewriting retail through community-led phygital experiences.

Delivered a standardised portfolio model template adopted firm-wide, with dynamic assumption sheets, integrated P&L/BS/CF statements. Built complex financial models including DCF valuations, LBO frameworks, and an IRR waterfall calculator for two international PE clients.

Assisted in formulating international transfer pricing strategies for client engagements, analysing intercompany transactions to determine arm's length pricing. Conducted market & comparables analysis benchmarking exercises across multiple client engagements.
