At Avasant, I owned Strativa Edge end to end, taking an AI-driven market intelligence product from ideation to five enterprise customers. I also developed assessment and due-diligence methodologies to support PE investment decisions.

At Avasant, I led change management for a US health insurer’s managed services transition and built an operating playbook for stakeholders. My ROI and value-realization assessments translated baseline data, benefits, and costs into business cases and executive recommendations.
