What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations/program management role where I can turn objectives into execution, align people and resources, manage risk, and improve readiness, maintenance, and workforce performance through disciplined planning and data-driven decision-making.

I’m an operations and program management leader with 12+ years of U.S. Army experience leading organizations of 30 to 150 personnel. I translate broad objectives into executable plans, coordinating stakeholders and managing risk to deliver measurable performance in high-pressure environments.

I’ve managed multimillion-dollar equipment portfolios, created maintenance and training procedures that improve accountability and follow-through, and executed complex live-fire and field-training operations. Recognized as the #1 Weapons Squad Leader out of 18 in my battalion, I’ve also facilitated multinational training and delivered technical instruction to 500+ Soldiers, contributing to a 90%+ Expert Infantry Badge assessment pass rate.
